What an incredible 9 months it has been! It is hard to believe just a short time ago a small group was meeting in homes praying and worshiping together, seeking God for direction. Now here we are, a beautiful community of people passionate about loving and serving our community, as we love and serve our Savior, Jesus Christ!
This Christmas is extra special for us because it is our FIRST as a church family! As we celebrate all the Lord has done over the past 9 months, we also celebrate all he did 2,000 years ago, when the greatest love story first began. When God the Father sent His one and only son to live among us, bringing the very Kingdom of Heaven to the earth. We have reason to celebrate!
For to us a child is born, to us a son is given, and the government will be on his shoulders. And he will be called Wonderful Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6
We are so excited to share this special evening with our family at Salt Life Church, a new church plant here in South Florida that is "Salting the earth with the tangible love of Jesus." It is going to be a beautiful for the WHOLE family! The children will be singing Christmas Carols and the Rise & Salt Life Team will be leading us in worship as the Pastors lead us through Candlelit Prayer.
