Scripture Reading

John 15:5
“I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.

Matthew 13:31–32
31
He told them another parable: “The kingdom of heaven is like a mustard seed, which a man took and planted in his field. 32 Though it is the smallest of all seeds, yet when it grows, it is the largest of garden plants and becomes a tree, so that the birds come and perch in its branches.”

Reflection

God's love is like a seed planted in us. As we remain connected to Jesus, that love grows and eventually produces fruit. The goal isn't simply to know about love—it is to become people through whom God's love is visible.

Today, ask yourself not simply whether you believe in God's love, but whether someone else experienced His love because of you.

Reflection Questions

  • Am I remaining connected to Jesus each day?

  • What kind of fruit is my life producing?

  • How can I intentionally demonstrate God's love today?

  • Is there someone who needs encouragement, forgiveness, or kindness from me?

Prayer

Jesus, keep me connected to You. Produce Your love in me so naturally that it overflows into every relationship. May my words, actions, and attitudes reveal Your heart to those around me. Amen.
