We are looking forward to spending the week of August 7-12 with you at Youth & Family Camp this year at Camp Geneva, it's going to be an incredible week of fun, fellowship, worship, and encouragement through the word of God.

The cost of camp is $375, per person. This includes your transportation on a charter bus, your lodging for 5 nights, all meals and activities.

We are pleased to announce our fundraisers to help you pay for camp.

 

Fundraising Opportunity # 1

Mystery Dinner Theater Show

“Who Shot the Sherriff?”

This performance takes place out West during the gold rush; this is a delightful and funny show that is sure to bring lots of laughter. Your guest won't be disappointed.

Event: Saturday June 25th 5-9pm

Location: Alligator Ron’s Saloon

Tickets are $20 by advance purchase or $25 at the door

 

How can you raise funds?


                         Direct Ticket Sales

·      Directly sell tickets to the event to your friends and family outside of church.

·      You will be assigned an allotment tickets to sell and you are responsible to bring back the money for those tickets.

·      You cannot sell tickets at church.

·      You can also sell tickets by directing friends and family to our online ticket sales site.

·      You will receive $15 for every ticket sold as a credit to your camp balance

Example:  if you sell 15 tickets you will get a $225 credit towards camp.

Church Ticket Sales
If you are requesting additional support or sponsorship for camp you can be scheduled to sell tickets during our church services at a youth table. $10 for every ticket sold will be credited to your camp balance.

Why is there a difference in the cost of the ticket and how much you get credited? There is a cost to do the show and some of the money made will go to pay for that cost. I.e. Props, printing, beverages, rental equipment and etc..

Dream Cruise Vacation Raffle Ticket Sales

GRAND PRIZE – 4 Night cruise for two people onboard any of the prestigious Royal Caribbean International “of the seas ships”. Their website is www.rccl.com to see the cruise options and ships. Subject to ship availability, if the ship is sold out they won't be able to choose that option.  Donated by Royal Caribbean International

2nd Prize - $500 gift card to Best Buy to use however they want

3rd Prize - $100 gift card to a restaurant- Donated by Chase

Direct Ticket Sales

·      Directly sell tickets for the raffle to your friends and family outside of church.

·      You will be assigned tickets to sell and you are responsible to bring back the money for those tickets.

·      You cannot sell tickets at church.

·      You will receive $9.40 for every ticket sold as a credit to your camp balance

Example:  if you sell 10 tickets your will receive a $94 credit towards the cost of camp 20 tickets would equal $188

·      You are responsible to either bring the money for tickets sold or to return the actual tickets you do not sell.

Why is there a difference in the cost of the ticket and how much you get credited? The is a cost for printing, marketing, and the prize that has not been donated must be paid for.
