We are excited to announce the return of WEEKLY LIVE SERVICES! Starting Sunday, February 21 at a NEW TIME, 10:30am and a NEW LOCATION, the Old Davie School House.

It has been nearly 1 year since we had to move our weekly services to an online version. We are so thankful for the technology that gave us the ability to continue meeting virtually, but the time has come to come back to the physical gathering. This last year has given us a new appreciation for the little things, like meeting together in person! The last year has also given us time to reflect on what is truly important, and the reasons behind why we gather as a church.

On Sunday, February 21 the Pastors at Rise will be sharing some new vision as we begin this new chapter as a church family. We will be making intentional changes to the way we format our weekly services so that we can accomplish our goal of building a community of discipled believers. Things may look a l little different, but the vision to love and serve God as we love and serve people has and will always be at the center of everything we do.

We encourage you to join us for this very special service as we RESTART SUNDAY! And if you are still not quite comfortable with meeting in-person that’s ok, we will continue to stream our services online.

If you do plan to attend our in-person gatherings our land-lord (The Old Davie School) has asked that we abide by local social distancing guidelines.

  1. PLEASE WEAR A MASK.

  2. GREET EACH-OTHER AT A SAFE DISTANCE. AIR FIVES, FIST BUMPS AND ELBOW TAPS ARE GREAT ALTERNATIVES!

  3. YOUR TEMPERATURE WILL BE CHECKED UPON ARRIVAL.

  4. SANITIZE YOUR HANDS AT OUR SANITIZING STATION.

  5. ALLOW OUR WELCOME TEAM TO CHECK YOU IN.

  6. SEATING WILL BE SPACED OUT WITH AT LEAST 6 FEET BETWEEN FAMILIES.

  7. BE SURE TO BRING YOUR OWN COFFEE AS WE WILL NOT BE PROVIDING COFFEE OR SNACKS AT THIS TIME.

We know everyone is excited to see each other, but in order for us to begin gathering on a more consistent basis, it is important that we all cooperate with these guidelines. A little patience and a good attitude will help ensure we all stay safe and have a wonderful night of worship and fellowship. If you have any additional questions or concerns please email info@risecommunity.org.
